Job summary

Sephora Canada in Richmond, BC is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations during peak season.

In this hourly, flex schedule role, you will help maintain a visually ready store, assist with merchandising, and foster a welcoming, inclusive shopping environment. Experience in retail or hospitality is preferred; you must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be available during nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
