Job summary

Sephora Canada in Coquitlam is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak season.

You’ll help maintain a stocked, visually ready store, participate in visual merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Flex scheduling includes nights and weekends with potential bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to support outstanding client service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support daily operations: manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards
