Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate to greet customers, share knowledge of baby and children’s product styles, and help families prepare for everyday moments. You will assist with omnichannel needs and maintain a welcoming, well-organized store environment.

As a seasonal role, you’ll support sales, operate the register, stock shelves, and participate in promotions while upholding Carter’s brand standards and commitment to customer care.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive and solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues proactively in a busy retail environment.
• Assist omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and complete POS/register transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotional events and loyalty program to customers.
• Help minimize store loss through great service and safety.
