Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Ottawa to greet customers, explain baby apparel options, and help families prepare for school and everyday moments. You’ll join a welcoming, inclusive team and learn about our baby essentials while delivering friendly service.

You’ll thrive in a busy retail setting, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and supporting omnichannel experiences. Availability may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a 30% employee discount and growth

Qualifications

• Customer service and engagement experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfort with omnichannel shopping support when required.

Responsabilités

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve customer concerns in a fast-paced retail setting while managing multiple customers.
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale.
