Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences and support store operations in a fast-paced beauty environment. You will help maintain stock, assist with merchandising, and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive team.

The position requires flexibility to work during peak retail hours, including nights and weekends, with weekly hours ranging up to 14. Compensation is CAD$19.20–CAD$22.60 per hour, with potential performance-based bonuses and benefits.

• Uphold Sephora standards Follow company policies and help create a clean, safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for all.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.20 - CAD$22.60/hr.
