Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Vancouver to help deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll maintain a welcoming, visually prepared store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will assist with inventory, merchandising, and customer service, with a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week and availability for nights and weekends.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights and weekends.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance expected.
• British Columbia & Saskatchewan: Available to be scheduled starting Sunday, September 6th
• All Other Provinces: Available to be scheduled starting Monday, September 7th

Qualifications/Experience

• Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.85 - CAD$24.80/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
