• Welcoming every customer warmly
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining quality, materials, and features, and suggesting other items
• Being available in the fitting room to assist customers
• Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and organizing products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience
• Maintaining store and backstore cleanliness and organization
• Sharing new products and top picks with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures of head office departments (training provided)
• Performing other duties to support the team as needed
