La Vie en Rose in Newmarket, Ontario is hiring for a temporary, part-time role in our lingerie and swimwear brand. The hourly salary ranges from CAD 17.60 to CAD 18.10, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service and a memorable in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer warmly as they enter the store.
• Help customers find products, explain features and materials, and suggest alternatives.
• Be available in the fitting room to assist customers.
• Strive to meet and exceed personal sales goals with our training support.
• Prepare and arrange products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep the store and backroom clean and organized.
• Spot new products and share top picks with customers.
• Assist customers to the cash register and complete transactions.
• Follow head office policies and procedures and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store;
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like;
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room;
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there!);
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience;
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore;
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers;
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.

TEMPORARY, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 17,60$ - 18,10$
