Job summary

La Vie en Rose is seeking a temporary, part-time retail associate for an Ontario store. You will warmly welcome customers, explain products, assist in fittings, and help them find items that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the store
• Help customers find products and explain features and materials
• Assist during fitting rooms and provide product recommendations
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals with training support
• Stock and present products on the sales floor for a memorable shopping experience
• Keep store and backroom clean and organized
• Notify customers of new products and top picks
• Process transactions at the cash register
• Adhere to head office policies and procedures
• Perform other duties to support the team

• Give a warm welcome to every customer who comes into the store
• Help them find everything they’re looking for—answer their questions, explain the products (quality, materials, technical features) and suggest other products they might like
• Make yourself available when customers are in the fitting room
• Meet and exceed your personal sales goals (our training will help you get there)
• Prepare, identify and place products on the sales floor to provide a memorable shopping experience
• Ensure everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore
• Be on the lookout for new products so you can share your top picks with your customers
• Accompany customers to the cash register and process their transactions
• Respect and apply the policies and procedures of the various head office departments
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team

TEMPORARY, PART TIME

HOURLY SALARY : 17,60$ - 18,10$
