Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Seasonal Associate in London, Ontario. You will be the first face of the brand, greeting customers and guiding them through baby and kids products with friendly, helpful service.

You will handle transactions, help with replenishment, and support omnichannel needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple conversations in a busy retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Complete point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Restock floor and process shipments as needed.
