Job summary

Carter's in La Salle, Manitoba is seeking a Seasonal Associate to welcome customers, assist with product styles and benefits, and support a positive shopping experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will resolve issues proactively, help with omnichannel needs, and execute POS transactions while restocking floors and promoting promotions and loyalty programs. Availability may include days, nights, weekends and holidays, and you will contribute to a clean, safe store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Resolve customer issues in a busy retail environment.
• Assist with omnichannel sales to create a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss.

• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store

Qualities we'd love in a candidate:

• The ability to manage multiple tasks at once

You can:

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
