Carter's, Inc. in Corner Brook, NL invites you to join as a Seasonal Associate, the friendly face for families shopping for baby and children’s apparel. You’ll greet customers, explain product features, and help them complete purchases with care.

You’ll thrive in a busy retail environment, balancing multiple tasks, restocking, and supporting omnichannel services while upholding brand standards and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help with product styles, features and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues and assist multiple customers in a busy setting.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions at the register quickly and accurately.
• Restock shelves and complete floor replenishment as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and prevent loss through attentive service.
