Job summary

Carter's, Inc. in Richmond Hill, Ontario is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families.

You’ll greet customers, guide them through baby essentials, and participate in a positive shopping experience across our omnichannel options. You will handle register transactions, assist with replenishment and shipments, and help customers understand current promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues proactively while balancing multiple customers.
• Execute POS transactions and complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and support loss prevention efforts.
