Overview

Seasonal Ambassador - Lime Ridge Mall at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America. This role focuses on product and brand knowledge, exceptional customer consultations, and product demonstrations, with an emphasis on sales and store operations as part of a friendly, inclusive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Experience : Drive sales by using available tools and feedback to exceed goals. Take ownership of results and contribute to the store’s overall performance. Deliver a world-class customer experience by listening to customers, identifying their needs, and demonstrating product benefits.
  • Building the Brand : Educate customers on Lush values (e.g., Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging). Articulate these values in-store and through community initiatives to attract traffic and inspire others.
  • Product Passion : Continuously expand product knowledge and stay current on ingredients and benefits to confidently recommend products for diverse customer needs.
  • Team Involvement : Development — use available resources to improve sales techniques and product knowledge; actively seek feedback and opportunities to grow. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) — listen to team members and promote a sense of belonging and collaboration.
  • Operational Excellence : Time and Attendance — be punctual and reliable. Visuals and Merchandising — keep the store visually appealing. Stock and Inventory — adjust displays based on sales. Policies and Procedures — follow opening / closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety standards.

Preferred :

  • Experience with consultation-based customer service

  • Experience in cross-cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages
