Job description

-Seasonal Facility Operators-

Crop Management Network Inc. (CMN) in Stettler, AB is hiring a Seasonal Facility Operator to assist with the operational demands of our spring/summer season. The successful candidate will work in a team to ensure our equipment, facilities, and warehouses are running as efficiently as possible.

The Facility Operators are responsible to:

1. Provide updates on inventory levels;
2. Maintain equipment and CMN Assets;
3. Blend Fertilizer;
4. Assist with the receipt of product to the warehouse;
5. Load or assist in loading and unloading of trailer/rail of bulk chemical and fertilizer;
6. Assist customer pick-up/internal transfers of product;
7. Ensure the facility is kept clean and free of hazards;
8. Follow Health, Safety & Environmental policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have:

1. Class 3 an asset;
2. Demonstrated ability to work independently;
3. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships;
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
6. Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks;
7. Punctuality and reliability;
8. Able to operate a tele-handler, loader, tractor, and/or forklift preferred;
9. Ability to lift 50lbs.

Position Status: Temporary Full Time
