Scrum / Agile Experience - 45%
- 5+ years in leading technical and non-technical teams in a Scrum Master or related role, delivering software development projects following the agile methodology.
- Train and coach teams on Agile processes and methodologies (Azure DevOps) to increase productivity and encourage continuous improvement.
- Guide the team and the organization on the use of best Agile practices and shape the processes.
- Identify and remove barriers and roadblocks.
- Track and communicate team velocity and sprint / release progress.
- Maintain a strong business focus with an understanding of the current and strategic direction of Intact technologies.
- Project methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black / Green / Yellow Belt, etc.
Strong Communication Skills - 25%
- Demonstrated experience working with key stakeholders and vendor partners (internal and external), using communication skills to negotiate and document project and process-related status information, and obtain support from key stakeholders and clients on project-related deliverables.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies (grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, etc.).
- Ensure proactive and effective communication at all levels and mobilize teams towards continuous improvement.
Stakeholder and Team Management - 25%
- Proven executive level influencing pertaining to people change management.
- Supported by effective executive dashboards, value statements, and evidence of organizational efficiencies and benefits.
- Effective communications ensuring stakeholder engagement, business needs, and appropriate outcomes are delivered in a way that promotes value and supports the Ministry.
- Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders utilizing communication skills to negotiate, document project and process-related status information, and secure support from stakeholders and clients for project deliverables.
Ontario Public Sector Experience - 5%
- Demonstrated experience working within the Ontario Public Sector, understanding the various governance and processes.

Skill Set Requirements :
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on specific project methods. Prepares training materials, training sessions on project delivery methodology in accordance with guidelines. Acquires, customizes, documents, integrates, communicates, and implements comprehensive IT standards and guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile Information and Information Technology (I&IT) methods and techniques associated with the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Communication, facilitation, negotiation, consensus building, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment and proven ability to do effective stakeholder management
- Knowledgeable and experience in Agile methodology and ability to educate others
- Experience facilitating the relationships between the Agile team and product owner and maintaining a safe working environment for the team by helping with conflict resolution
- Experience leading the Agile methodology and development teams in self-organization and identifying and filling in blanks in the framework
- Experience mentoring and coaching the teams on removing impediments
- Experience capturing feedback and documenting sprint reviews to administer project goals and improve team performance
- Desirable Skills — Project Methodology certifications such as Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma Black / Green / Yellow Belt, etc.
