Job Description

• Minimum of 8 years of Scrum Master experience with relevant skills.
• Experience in project planning, tracking, execution, and closure activities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Generative AI tools to enhance project delivery and promote resourcefulness.
• Address and resolve team impediments.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across business and IT, including geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficient in risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Experience in project financial and budget management, delivering projects within budget.
• Support teams of at least 10 members in Agile practices.
• Assist in preparing user stories from epics.
• Ensure team adherence to Scrum values and Agile practices.
• Mentor and motivate teams to improve processes.
• Support decision-making and provide constructive feedback.
