Job description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support our Product Team in delivering high-impact solutions using Agile / Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and transparency, while coaching the team toward greater agility and performance.

Key Responsibilities :

Guide the team and organization in applying Agile and Scrum values, principles, and practices

Assess the teams Agile maturity and coach them toward sustainable, long-term improvement

Foster a trusting, inclusive, and psychologically safe team environment focused on open communication and problem solving

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

Support effective communication across teams and stakeholders, improving visibility and alignment

Assist the Product Owner in backlog grooming, prioritization, and maintaining clarity on deliverables

Lead by example, applying situational leadership to remove obstacles and empower the team

Promote a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability

Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of professional experience, including several years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role

Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean frameworks

Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills

Proven ability to build team cohesion and foster collaboration

Experience working closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher) preferred
