Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Onsite Flexibility :

Hybrid - 2 days onsite weekly until November 3rd, then 4 days onsite per week

Contract Details :

• Position Type : Contract
• Contract Duration : 12 months

• End : 08 / 28 / 2026
• Pay Rate : C$80-90 / hr
• Shift & Hours : Monday-Friday, core business hours (OT as needed)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for technology initiatives within a leading Canadian financial institution. This role supports BAU operations for the ServiceNow Product Group and infrastructure delivery projects, ensuring sprint execution and Agile best practices are followed. The Scrum Master will facilitate key ceremonies, manage risks, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Manage the delivery of ServiceNow and / or Data Network Infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to establish delivery guardrails and manage within the defined scope.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence data accuracy, ensuring project hygiene.
• Track and resolve Contract Compare breaks and settlement issues (as applicable to infrastructure delivery).
• Act as a change agent to drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
• Mentor team members on Agile practices and foster a culture of collaboration.
• Support risk management by proactively identifying and mitigating impediments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure project goals are met.

Required Experience :

• 5+ years of proven experience delivering scaled Agile projects.
• Experience managing ServiceNow or Data Network Infrastructure project delivery.
• Jira and Confluence proficiency.
• Experience in a Canadian banking institution.
• Strong risk management skills.

Nice-to-Have Experience :

• Project management experience in infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure delivery.

Required Skills :

• Scaled Agile project delivery.
• ServiceNow or infrastructure delivery management.
• Jira / Confluence expertise.

Preferred Skills :

• Certified Scrum Master credential.
• Executive-level communication skills.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Additional Skills :

• Adaptability and resilience in complex delivery environments.
• Ability to summarize complex issues concisely.
• Proven success working with cross-functional teams in high-demand settings.
