Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
  2. Reinforce Agile and Scrum practices to encourage teams to work with agility.
  3. Facilitate scrum ceremonies and other sessions as needed.
  4. Promote agile practices while consistently reinforcing scrum theory and values.
  5. Build relationships to foster engagement and encourage collaboration.
  6. Remove or escalate impediments to the scrum team’s progress.
  7. Protect the team from internal and external distractions.
  8. Lead process management and improvement practices to ensure the team improves how they deliver value.
  9. Assist the Product Owner in ensuring that scope, commitments, and line of sight targets are understood by everyone on the scrum team.
  10. Perform administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, facilitating communication between teams, etc.

Required Experience:

  1. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science and at least five years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  2. Experience working in Agile Scrum.
  3. Relevant certifications.

  1. In-depth understanding of agile principles and scrum frameworks.
  2. Ability to analyze and resolve a wide range of impediments that are strategic, organizational, or technical in nature.
