As an expert, resource person, and agile coach for project stakeholders, you will facilitate your squad's work and ensure best practices are implemented and followed.

As a change agent, you will initiate, plan, and implement various processes for your team's well-being and projects. Your role will be to help teams increase their autonomy, productivity, and pursue continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective, etc.)
  • Promote a shared understanding of the Scrum framework and its core principles
  • Help the team identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth delivery progress
  • Maintain a collaborative, trusting, and transparent team environment
  • Assist the Product Owner with backlog management and delivery planning
  • Act as an Agile coach for the team, managers, and stakeholders
  • Promote Agile best practices and encourage continuous improvement
  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (velocity, burn-down chart, etc.)
  • Identify organizational barriers to agility and propose improvement solutions
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to their implementation
  • Facilitate conflict resolution within the team when necessary
  • Stay updated on agile methods and tools to evolve practices

OUR EXPECTATIONS

  • 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Note: English proficiency is required as we work with many clients outside Quebec who primarily communicate in English, ensuring smooth project execution.
