Job Description

Project Coordination:

1. Plan, organize, and oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
2. Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
3. Coordinate cross-functional team activities and resource allocation.

Scrum Master Duties:

1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Remove impediments and blockers to enable smooth team progress.
3. Guide the team in Agile principles and best practices.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
2. Manage expectations and ensure alignment on project deliverables.
3. Foster collaboration and transparent communication.

Documentation & Tools:

1. Maintain project documentation, including timelines, risk logs, and deliverables.
2. Utilize project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
2. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS DevOps ..etc).
5. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
6. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification (desirable).
