Job summary

National Bank is seeking a Scrum Master for its AI Factory team in Montreal. You will act as an agile facilitator, supporting delivery objectives and promoting best development and collaboration practices across multidisciplinary teams.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, help the product owner manage the backlog, and drive continuous improvement to enhance AI solution delivery while collaborating with partners and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• IT training and at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master or in agile management.
• Proficiency in agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Disciplined Agile, etc.).
• Mastery of the Atlassian suite: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
• Strong interest and curiosity in artificial intelligence.
• Scrum Master certification.

Your job

• Apply scrum practises and agile methods to support team performance and autonomy
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that could slow the progress of work, while proposing solutions adapted to the issues encountered
• Support the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritising work
• Foster collaboration between team members, partners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of initiatives
• Lead Agile ceremonies and mobilise stakeholders around shared objectives
• Continuous improvement by implementing practises and mechanisms to optimise the delivery and quality of solutions.
