A leading company is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a hybrid role based in Montreal. This 6-month contract involves facilitating Agile processes, collaborating with teams, and ensuring optimization in project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and leadership skills along with a Scrum Master certification and at least 5 years of experience.
As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and optimizing our Agile development processes. You will ensure that teams can work effectively and produce high-quality results. You will facilitate Scrum events, collaborate with Product Owners to ensure user stories are well-defined, and encourage collaboration and open communication within the team and with external stakeholders. You will promote a culture of continuous improvement and help the team identify and implement process improvements.
On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a hybrid position with 2 days per week in the office in Toronto, Montreal, or Saint-Hyacinthe. This role requires proficiency in both French and English. The contract is for 6 months until the end of January 2026, with the possibility of renewal. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master and will be responsible for facilitating and optimizing our Agile development processes, ensuring that teams can work effectively and produce high-quality results.
