DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Coordinate orders according to established schedules
· Verify that all materials are available and properly prepared based on order requirements
· Set up and operate printing presses, making necessary adjustments for optimal performance
· Mix ink according to the Pantone Colour System
· Maintain and track inventory of supplies within the department
· Collaborate with production teams to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue, and align with the company's long-term goals and values
· Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, product quality, and on-time delivery
· Ensure that all safety practices are implemented and followed
· Use and maintain equipment to keep it in good working order
· Participate in production meetings and collaborate on orders when needed
· Maintain and clean equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace
· Assist in training personnel when assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· Excellent computer skills
· Solve problems creatively while demonstrating high integrity
· Efficient and demonstrates attention to detail
· Self-motivated and goal-orientated
· Lift up to 50lbs
· Stand up to seven hours or more per shift, with frequent bending and twisting
