Overview

As a Branch Systems Administrator/Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

In the role you will:

  • Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
  • Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Assisting with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Act as first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch
  • Process cheques and documentation received by clients
  • Complete all non online account management and shareholder communication
  • Maintain branch efficiency
