BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Operations Assistant, you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

  • Be instrumental in managing the daily administrative operations of the branch
  • Manage client account activities and ensure compliance standards are met
  • Assist with the implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch
  • Process cheques and documentation received from clients
  • Complete all non-online account management and shareholder communication
  • Maintain branch efficiency
DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

  • Superior customer service skills
  • Financial Industry experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
