BRIEF INTRODUCTION

As a Branch Operations Assistant you will provide operations and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and the Advisor teams.

IS THIS ROLE RIGHT FOR YOU

In the role you will:

  1. Be instrumental in management of the daily administrative operations of the branch
  2. Manage client account activities and ensuring compliance standards are met
  3. Assist with the execution of implementation of procedures to ensure compliance with corporate policies and industry regulations
  4. Act as first point of contact for clients arriving at the branch
  5. Process cheques and documentation received by clients
  6. Complete all non-online account management and shareholder communication
  7. Maintain branch efficiency

DO YOU HAVE THE SKILLS

We would love to work with you if you have:

  1. Financial Industry experience preferred
  2. Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  3. Strong written and oral communication skills
  4. Knowledge of Microsoft Systems
