Essential Functions
  1. Develop liquid and aerosol products that meet customer requirements and comply with all applicable regulations.
  2. Assist in scaling up from laboratory samples to production runs.
  3. Troubleshoot issues throughout all manufacturing stages.
  4. Perform routine and project-specific data entry and interpretation.
  5. Follow or create formulas and blending instructions.
  6. Understand formula calculations.
  7. Communicate regularly with suppliers, vendors, sales/CSR, and customers.
  8. Assist with purchasing lab supplies and controlling expenses.
  9. Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices.
  10. Prepare lab reports for customers.
  11. Maintain regular attendance as per company policy.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Education

Bachelor's Degree in a scientific discipline.

Additional Skills
  • Ability to understand shop orders and reports.
  • Ability to perform visual observations of samples and test results.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Computer literacy and ability to train on required programs (on-the-job training or professional).
