We are currently recruiting for a Scientist - Product Lead.
As the Scientist - Product Lead, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and commercializing medical isotope products. You will lead projects from conception to implementation, ensuring products meet market needs and regulatory standards. This role requires strategic leadership, excellent communication skills, and technical expertise in medical isotopes.
Lead research and development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and overseeing the entire product development process from concept to launch.
Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, and operational teams to define product specifications and ensure stakeholder input is integrated.
Prepare project estimates, timelines, and risk assessments, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Mentor and guide project teams, fostering innovation and scientific excellence.
Assess impacts of process changes and collaborate with quality assurance to determine quality dispositions.
Engage in hands-on scientific work during critical project phases and product validation.
Estimate work costs, including direct and indirect expenses.
Supervise staff involved in projects.
Coordinate tasks internally and externally to meet project objectives.
Provide technical support, including impact assessments of changes and justifications for quality decisions.
Perform technical tasks for new projects as needed.
Represent the company on committees, boards, and international panels.
May serve as Technical Design Authority, approving changes, procedures, reports, and specifications.
PhD or Master's in Science or Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Professional certifications may be required.
Strong technical knowledge in physics, chemistry, biochemistry, metallurgy, or related fields.
Proven leadership and successful product management experience.
Understanding of company policies and the impact of team activities.
Problem-solving skills for complex issues, with solutions that comply with regulations and standards.
Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences and facilitating discussions.
