Mérieux NutriSciences is seeking a Data Entry Specialist (Medical Records) for a full-time daytime role in Burnaby, BC. The position involves entering key medical data into our database with meticulous accuracy while handling document cartons (30–50 lbs) as part of daily workflow.

Data Entry Specialist (Medical Records)

Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 5 days a week

Location: Burnaby, BC

Type: Full-time (9-hour days, includes a 30-min lunch + two 15‑min breaks)

Responsibilities

• Data Processing: Review medical files and enter key information into our database with 100% accuracy.
• Keep the Flow Moving: Retrieve document cartons (30–50 lbs) from a pallet, bring them to your desk, process the files, and return them. (Happens about every 5–7 minutes, up to a 20-foot carry distance).
• Hit Your Goals: Maintain a high-frequency keystroke speed of 10,000 KPH (Keystrokes Per Hour).

Qualifications

• Speed & Accuracy: Lightning-fast typing skills with a sharp eye for detail (all work goes through a double-key verification).
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, lower, and carry boxes weighing 30–50 lbs from heights ranging from 13” to 45”.
• Safety & Style: Presentable, workplace-appropriate attire and protective foot wear must meet the ASTM F2413-11 “Standard Specification for Performance Requirements for Protective ( Safety) Toe Cap Footwear” with a \"Better or Best\" slip‑resistant rating.
