Founded in 1899, St. Andrew's College (SAC) is an independent, all-boys university preparatory school for Grades 5-12. Located 40 minutes north of Toronto, SAC's 126-acre campus is home to a mix of 650 boarding and day students from 25 countries. We invite applications for an LTO contract opportunity at St. Andrew's College in the role of biology teacher reporting to the Deputy Head of School. This LTO position will commence in September 2025 and end in December 2025.
The college seeks an exceptional educator to teach Grade 11 and 12 biology courses, including AP Biology.

Candidates are required to hold a Bachelor of Education with Senior Science qualifications and are preferably certified to teach in Ontario or in pursuit of this designation. The ideal candidate will have outstanding academic credentials and demonstrate the ability to contribute to the many facets of school life, including extracurricular responsibilities. Competitive coaching experience is an asset. Additionally, we seek candidates with a demonstrated willingness to participate in and/or lead community EDI (equity, diversity, and inclusion) initiatives. Further, the school seeks teachers who are also interested in supporting the school administration through their expertise in the area of data innovation.
