Qualifications
  • Hold a Diploma of College Studies in Business Administration (Management) or an equivalent qualification recognized by the competent authority.
Other Requirements
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word) and Google software (testing required)
  • Knowledge of school fee structure
  • Knowledge of Jade Tosca, Access, DASH, GPI, Charlemagne, DOFIN, Mozaik, and Fusion is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to set timelines and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingualism
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and during part of the summer (July and August)
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter

Nature of the Work

The principal duties include preparing the school timetable and schedules (e.g., exams), organizing administrative operations such as student registration, enrollment, exams, report cards, and certification of studies.

Daily Tasks
  • Register new students
  • Create and modify student schedules
  • Submit overmax compensation data for teachers
  • Assist office staff during registration and with school fees and accounting
  • Create master schedules with administration and DASH
  • Prepare report cards and statements of accounts
  • Verify student course and option selections
