Job summary

Prairie Land Public School Division in Delia (East) is seeking a reliable Bus Driver to join our transportation team. You will operate a school bus, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain records, and ensure compliance with transportation rules to get students to and from school safely.

Qualifications include Class 1 or Class 2 Alberta Driver's License with School Bus Driver Certification, a satisfactory Driver's Abstract and Criminal Record/ Vulnerable Sector checks.

Qualifications

• Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, following transportation rules.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and keep required records.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures and communicate professionally with students, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Drive Delia School (east route) safely to and from school and activities.
• Complete inspections before and after trips and report any issues.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and student attendance as required.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents and school staff.
