SOUTHLAND Transportation is currently hiring new and experienced School Bus Drivers to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of a growing company that offers competitive wages, professional growth, and work-life balance.

As a School Bus Driver you will drive approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon during the school year, with time off in July and August. A valid driver’s license, clean record, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• S-endorsement is preferred.
• Clear criminal background check with VSS search.
• Clear driver’s abstract.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Organized, punctual and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Drive approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon.
• Work during the school year with time off in July and August.
• Provide safe and courteous transportation and excellent customer service.

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday - no mandatory nights or weekends

Split shifts (approximately 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon)

Job Description
