SUMMARY:
  1. Assess and provide necessary services to help the student achieve their Individual Education Program (IEP) goals with excellence.
  2. Assist in screenings/evaluations and provide appropriate goals for students.
  3. Consult with teachers and other classroom staff as needed.
  4. Maintain appropriate records and documentation.
  5. Attend meetings necessary for student success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Valid state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  2. Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
