St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton is seeking a full-time psychiatrist for the Schizophrenia Outpatient Service.

The role involves managing an active caseload in a regional outpatient clinic, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and participating in weekly meetings and case conferences. The successful candidate must hold an Ontario CPSO license and be trained as a psychiatrist with FRCPC or equivalent, with potential for a McMaster University faculty appointment and teaching/research

Competenze

• Must hold Ontario CPSO license and be trained psychiatrist with FRCPC or equivalent.
• Eligible for a Faculty position with the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioural Neurosciences, McMaster University.

Mansioni

• Be responsible for managing an active caseload of patients in the Schizophrenia outpatient Clinic.
• Work as a member of a multidisciplinary team which includes nursing and allied staff.
