We are seeking Scheduling Students for our Toronto district, within our Canadian Buildings Division, available for 4-month or 8-month internships starting September 2025.

As a Scheduling Student, depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute by:

• Assisting with schedule creation
• Updating schedules for small projects based on direction from the Scheduling Manager
• Creating schedule content and completing updates as directed
• Assisting schedulers with monitoring and communicating project schedules to the project and scheduling teams
• Gaining basic knowledge of construction specifications, building materials, methods, and techniques

Qualifications

• Strong desire to work in a construction environment and basic knowledge of building materials, methods, and techniques
• Proficiency with scheduling software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, or Excel, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant systems
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
