Who You’ll Be Working For
Brightisle is a leading provider of health and community care services in Newfoundland and Labrador. We are energized by the challenge to improve our collective health and well-being and to make care better. As our new Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero, making sure the right care teams are in the right place at the right time. You’ll manage schedules, arrange shift coverage, handle time-off requests, prep payroll, and support staff with day-to-day scheduling needs.
You’ll also take part in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours scheduling support—because care doesn’t stop at 5 p.m., and neither do we!
