Qualifications

  • Previous high-volume scheduling experience is an asset.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as experience using scheduling software.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for clients.
  • Ensure all zones are covered as scheduled according to client requirements.
  • Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.
  • Maintain high accuracy of data input into the scheduling program.
  • Assist Operations with necessary administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by applying scheduling knowledge.
  • Ensure scheduling compliance according to ISO 9000 requirements.

Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, CA

Salary and Hours

$23- $25/hour (based on experience)

Hours are: Monday to Friday from 10:00 – 20:00

What does a Scheduling Coordinator do?
  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for client
  • Ensure all zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.
  • Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met.
  • Assist Operations with necessary administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.
  • Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements.
