You will support Scheduling Officers, manage the scheduling inbox, verify data, and assist with POS renewals, CE scheduling, and room availability using Infosilem EnCampus and Banner.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours/week
Home Campus: Fennell (hybrid work arrangements available)
Rate of Pay: Payband F (Start Rate: $32.74 per hour, plus 8% in lieu of vacation and benefits)

The Scheduling Clerk will support the Scheduling and Academic Support team and will take the lead responsibility for the room booking process, including requests for meeting space and midterm testing.
This role includes the reviewing of data from academic areas, manipulation, construction, distribution and maintenance of Post-Secondary Continuing Education, Apprenticeship, and final examination information at Mohawk College. The role also supports the Program of Study (POS) renewal processes within the department’s responsibilities.
