Job summary

Intouch Insight is seeking a Scheduling Agent to recruit independent contractors to test customer experiences at local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores. You will also support contractors to ensure programs are completed to the highest quality and on time.

In a fast-paced environment, you will communicate energetically across media, including social platforms and AI tools, while meeting client deadlines and delivering value.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong phone and video communication skills.
• Experience in call centers or busy retail environments is a plus.
• Experience as a market researcher or in evaluating customer experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Scheduling Agent, your job is to source independent contractors who can test out the customer experience at their local retail, grocery, take-out, and convenience stores. You will also support those independent contractors as needed, to ensure that our clients' customer experience measurement programs are completed to the highest quality and within required timelines, to provide the value those clients expect.

In this very busy environment, You will use your natural creativity and energetic communication skills through a variety of communication media, including social media, AI tools and the telephone, to work within strict client deadlines and consistently achieve your goals.

What do you bring?

You are friendly, professional, awesome on the telephone and on video calls, have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and get great satisfaction from achieving results. You love using technology (including AI) and are a wizard on social media, and are generally known as an outgoing natural communicator with first-class skills when speaking or writing.

Any experience you have had in a call center or a busy retail environment will be a definite asset, as will any directly relevant experience as a market researcher or in evaluating customer experience.
