About The Role

We are seeking a Regular full-time Scheduler/Timekeeper - Ottawa to join our Donor Relations & Collections East team. This team supports blood collection activities to ensure safe products that save lives daily. You will perform clerical work, report to the Supervisor, Resources, and follow operational procedures while promoting the organization's objectives through effective interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate and plan staffing requirements using your scheduling expertise.
  2. Ensure all sick calls are replaced daily.
  3. Handle time entries in SAP based on your timekeeping experience.
  4. Prepare, maintain, and post schedules using SharePoint, Excel, and Office 365.
  5. Perform other duties as required.
Desired Education and Skills
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution.
  • At least two years of experience in a related role, preferably in a regulated environment, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Office 365; SAP knowledge is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize workload efficiently.

Work Environment
