The Opportunity

The Scheduler is responsible for booking shifts, managing day-to-day operations, providing reports on an ad-hoc basis, and establishing continuous, innovative improvements to enhance customer service.

What You Will Do
  1. Schedule staff to ensure all shifts are filled and operational needs are met.
  2. Manage sick time, attendance records, shift filling, and scheduling in Kronos.
  3. Prepare daily assignment sheets for departments.
  4. Provide administrative support to the leadership team.
What You Bring
  • 2+ years’ experience in a scheduling or similar role (preferred).
  • A certificate or diploma in Office Administration or related field.
  • Experience working with Kronos (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle stressful situations.
  • Interpersonal skills with a warm, caring, and approachable demeanor.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday.
