The University of Ottawa, Faculty of Social Sciences, invites applications for a Teaching Assistant/Demonstrator/Lab Monitor for CRM3707, Femmes, enfermement, criminalisation et rapports sociaux de sexe. This in-person role is on the Main Campus during the 2027 Winter Semester, with a total of 78 hours of work.

Undergraduate students are paid at the lower rate and graduate students at the higher rate, with hourly rates of 33.83 CAD and 53.31 CAD respectively.

Qualificações

• BA Honours in Criminology or equivalent is required.
• Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with University policies (articles 18.5 and 18.6).
• All University of Ottawa employees must complete mandatory legislated training.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate discussion groups for the course.
• Grade assignments and exams accurately and timely.
• Hold office hours to meet with students as needed.
• Supervise exams as a proctor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
