University of Ottawa is seeking a Teaching Assistant for the Community Action & Intervention in Criminology (CRM2310) course at the Main Campus. The TA will assist with discussions, grading, student consultations, and exam proctoring.

The position runs from January 1, 2027 to April 30, 2027, with a total of 117 work hours. Applicants should hold a BA Honours in Criminology or equivalent and be prepared to complete mandatory training.

Hourly Rate

AE-RA-Tuteur / TA-RA-Tutor : $33.83 ou/or $53.31 (Sept. 2026 - Aug. 2027) Undergraduate students will be paid at the lower rate; while graduate students will be paid at the higher rate. These rates do not include vacation pay nor statutory pay.

Qualifications minimales | Minimum Qualifications

Baccalauréat avec spécialisation en criminologie ou son équivalent. La priorité sera donnée aux candidat(e)s conformément aux articles 18.5 et 18.6. BA Honours in Criminology or equivalent. Priority will be given to candidates in accordance with articles 18.5 and 18.6.
