  • Sort and distribute mail and office supplies.
  • Delivery of mail and printing projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare projects for printing.
  • Maintain quality controls and accuracy of work.
  • Respond to first level phone calls for equipment issues.
  • Conduct scheduled machine maintenance and cleaning.
  • Keep logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges.
  • Digitize documents efficiently using high-speed scanners.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of scanned images.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and compliance.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Sorting and distribution of mail and office supplies, including interoffice, couriers and overnight mail
  • Delivery of mail and printing projects throughout the customers site
  • Coordinating and preparing projects for printing, including electronic file conversion, document scanning and enhancement from start to delivery
  • Download jobs from email or print queue, sizing, reproducing, sorting and finishing
  • Establishing and maintaining quality controls to ensure work accuracy
  • Responding to first level phone calls from end users of equipment to determine the problem, clear paper jams, run test copies and determine status of machines
  • Provide scheduled trips to all machines to conduct cleaning of glass, toner replacement, stocking paper and general cleanness of work space
  • Running reports
  • Keeping logs of downtime, repairs and meter charges of all copiers/printers on site
  • Sort, organize, and prepare physical documents for scanning, including removing staples, paper clips, and repairing torn pages
  • Operate high-speed scanners to digitize documents efficiently and accurately
  • Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and proper indexing; rescan documents as needed
  • Input document metadata into the system to ensure proper categorization and retrieval
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Identify and resolve minor equipment issues or escalate to technical support when necessary
  • Ensure all scanning activities comply with company policies and data protection regulations
Qualifications
