Job Description

The role involves operating and maintaining woodworking machinery, interpreting technical drawings and cut sheets, ensuring accurate cutting, sizing, and quality control of wood components, performing routine machine maintenance, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, collaborating with the production team to meet timelines and quality standards, and supporting other shop operations as needed.

Qualifications
  • Minimum two (2) years of cabinetry, millwork, or carpentry experience
  • Proficiency with woodworking machines such as beam saw, edge banders, CNC routers, and hand / power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and cut sheets
  • Familiarity with daily maintenance and troubleshooting of woodworking equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform tasks involving standing, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems
  • Forklift Certification (asset)

Compensation & Benefits
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday Shift 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • Hourly pay with occasional overtime opportunities
  • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days

  • Pay: $$ per hour
