• Engineering student in good academic standing and returning to school.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments and shifting priorities.
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented environment with mill staff, contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects with contractors and mill personnel to define scope, planning, and execution of work packages.
• Lead projects with a team of sawmill staff and millwrights.
• Collaborate with senior management to drive site improvement.
• Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.
• Learn sawmill production and identify areas for improvement.
