Position: Support Worker

Overview:

The Support Worker will provide a safe and supportive environment in a short-term residential setting that is culturally open and accessible to vulnerable populations. This role involves ensuring the well-being of clients at the STC White Buffalo Youth Lodge (WBYL) Saweyihtotan Transitional House.

Responsibilities:

• Support street-involved and vulnerable clients, including those without permanent residence or involved in high-risk behaviors.
• Report directly to the Project Coordinator or their designate.
• Follow Saskatoon Tribal Council policies, the White Buffalo Youth Lodge Manual, and guidelines for the Transition House and Emergency Youth Shelter.
